Topics (no eFlow Account)

Quick Access is an easy-to-use payment service within the eFlow: My Tolls app, allowing unregistered customers to:

  • Make payments for tolls.
  • Keep track of journeys and payments. 
  • Receive notifications of journeys made to avoid penalties.

     

Quick Access is not an eFlow account. Discounted toll rates do not apply. Learn more about the benefits of an eFlow account here.

  • Automatic payments or pay as you go: Pay your toll easily in the eFlow: My Tolls app. Set up automatic payments to avoid penalties, prepay for toll journeys or pay manually each time.
  • Reminders: Receive push notifications reminding you of toll journeys so you do not miss a payment.
  • Track journeys and payments: View your toll journeys and payments directly in the app.
  • See what you owe: Check outstanding tolls, penalties and any prepaid journeys at a glance.
  • Add or change your vehicle: Manage tolls for one vehicle at a time.

To open an eFlow account first close Quick Access in the eFlow: My Tolls app and then register for an eFlow account.

To close Quick Access:

  1. Log in to the eFlow: My Tolls app.
  2. Select ‘Close’ in the navigation menu.
  3. Select your reason for closing and confirm.

To register for an eFlow Account: 

  1. On the Home screen select “Open Account” and tap “eFlow Account”.
  2. Add your log in details and create a password.
  3. Choose your account type (Pre Pay or Post Pay).
  4. Complete your registration by adding your payment method.

Once registered you can manage your account from the eFlow: My Tolls app. 

Quick Access is designed to track one vehicle only. If you add a new vehicle, it will replace your current vehicle. 

To replace your vehicle:

  1. Log in to the eFlow: My Tolls app.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select ‘Replace Vehicle’.
  3. Enter your new vehicle details and confirm.

You will be prompted to log in again once the vehicle has been added. 

 

Replacing the vehicle will reset the balance to the new vehicle. Contact us if you have any queries regarding your balance.

You can easily add and store a payment card in the app. This card can be updated anytime by going to the Payments section.

Adding a new card will replace your saved card.

To Make a Payment:

  1. Log in to the eFlow: My Tolls app.
  2. Select ‘Make Payment’ in the Home section.
  3. You can pay any tolls and penalties due today.
  4. You can also pay future toll journey by entering in the number of additional journeys you would like to pay.
  5. Select ‘Pay’.

Automatic Payments 

Avoid penalties by enabling automatic payments. 

Quick Access lets you see any amount associated with your vehicle located in the Home section once logged in. Any outstanding tolls and penalties will appear in red.

Avoid unnecessary penalties by enabling automatic payments on the Home screen.

You can prepay future toll journeys by making a payment by entering the number of journeys to pay. Prepaid journeys will appear in green in the Home section.

Your toll journeys can be found under the Journeys section when you log in. To query any toll journeys please:

  1. Log in to the eFlow: My Tolls app.
  2. Go to Journeys and select toll journeys you would like to query.

Enter your reason for querying the journey and attach your supporting documentation, for example a payment receipt. Once you have submitted your query, we will review and respond by email within 24 hours.

To update your details:

  1. Log in to the eFlow: My Tolls app.
  2. Click the navigation menu in the top right corner.
  3. Go to ‘My Details’ and select the details you would like to update.
  4. Edit your details and click save.

If you update your email address, this will replace your username, and you will need to log in again. 

If you have sold your vehicle, first update the vehicle's ownership here. If you purchased a new vehicle, you can replace your vehicle by:

  1. Logging in to the eFlow: My Tolls app.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select ‘Replace Vehicle’.
  3. Add your new vehicle details and confirm.

 

You will be prompted to log in again once the vehicle has been added.

If you have not purchased a new vehicle, close Quick Access and update the vehicle’s ownership here to avoid charges for toll journeys you did not take.
